I've been reading this unlock blackberry forum and I just have one question?
Why do all you guys and gals have to enter into a pissing contest to prove who is right or wrong?(it should be obvious who you r).It really seems like This you could be writing more useful things like how service can be improved,how rep's and customers could get along and how we can make each others day go alot smoother. That seems like a more valid reason to use this forum . I do agree rep's do not have an easy job at times and need a place to vent.Customer sure get the run around as well at time it's not all black and white like some people would like you to think.This is just a thought. You're "anonymous" and people are under the general idea that making others look bad makes them look good. This is especially apparent when you see fights that resort to grammar or personal name calling attacks.

This is a public forum, and as such, as long as we stay more or less on topic, then we can post about what we want to, and so can you.
If you want to start a discussion about a particular something that you feel would be useful and would make for a positive experience, then by all means, make a new post about it.
