I'm with stupid...
This is the call I just got:
Caller: I cant receive calls on my phone.
Me: ok, are you sure your volume is all the way up?
Caller: yes.
Me: ok, now what I want you to do is turn the phone on and off three times in a row.
Caller: you want me to do right now?
Me: yes
Caller: click................................
why don't customers think before they do what they do? duhhh, gee George, what happens when I press the red button when I'm talking to you?
...
Oh good lord. that happens every day here. thank goodness it isn't always with me, it would eventually cease to be entertaining.
another one I like is when I ask them to remove the battery so I can get the numbers from inside the phone and then hear the click.

my favirote is when they want you to troubleshoot....fist thing i usually tell them is to press the red phone. (default this usually clears out to main screen, in case they had phonebook call log, etc opened.) and they say ok. and CLICK. lol i love that. its even better when you ask them if they are on the phone first and they say no. lmao. ive also heard somene try and use a hammer to remove the battery.....while on i was on the phone with them...(they were calling from wireless. ever be on the other end of hearing a hammer hit the phone? ive even had someone try a powerdrill. i swear....some people belong in padded rooms with those old flinstone phones..... not driving on our highways with cell phones.
...
I really agree with you there guy. so buddy rep guy, what do you think of the ppl who want to know why you want their 10 digit wireless number?
...

...
