Customer Voicemail anyone?
Has anyone ever assisted a customer with voicemail and heard a message or two that you didnt want or need to hear? I just got off the line with a customer who just changed her number to avoid her husband. She called back to set up her voicemail, and I happened to be on the line when she got a message from the husband. Somehow he got the number and left her a heartfelt message about how he doesnt want to hurt her, and how there was no need for her to hire that private detective. I felt a bit uncomfortable listening to it so I just dropped the call.

I had a 60 something year old man call in and I had to place a test call. Went straight to VM and he had snoop doog.

I've encountered two similar situations.
The first one was with an older woman. I swear the message was at least 4 min long and it was nothing but her wishing the caller a good day and blessing everyone. 🙂 "God Bless you!"
The second one was more scary then anything. A women called in and I ended up hearing a message where a man called in yelling and screaming at her for not calling him back. 😕 Her number was changed on that call.

Well, I haven't had anything about hearing interesting voicemails, at least not that I recall, but I did have a guy call in one time wanting help with his call forwarding and how to work it, because his wife got clever and had his cell phone forward all his calls to her, and she caught him cheating when his mistress called.
