Cause the custs in the Carolinas are going to SunCom instead of Cingular and SunCom cannot possibly offer half of what ATTWS offered as of yet I keep telling them it may change

Same here as well, now thats because according to our Regional directore do the recent migrations, custting down the calls to our blue center, plus the fact is that cingular is known for closing saturday night till monday am, and blue customers think we took that policy as well, not all customers, but quite a few think that

Yeah our Sundays have always been slow but not like this are call drop is also do to a technical error and we keep getting dead air not too shabby but can be boring

Here we are getting calls every 5 mins. 7 dead airs but they are little kids calling them in, 2 have truely been no one there.
