I was wishing I could say "this isn't our fault asshole, if you could of taken a couple of minutes to call us a couple hours earlier, this wouldn't be your fault, even a couple days could of avoided this situation."

Actually, what people expect is a System that WORKS. What is given is a system that is half ass beyond half ass.
When two companies merge for instance, there should be no conversion fees, there should actually be no issue transferring customer data from one system to another. What the main problem is frankly is corporate stupidity. The guys that are making the billion dollar decisions don't give a **** about how difficult it is to convert the systems to work properly, and don't give the tech teams enough time to do the job pro...

On one hand i'd agree with you, but if you also read the p&p, it states you are not to change any plan within 5 of the billing cycle date, either it ending or starting to prevent billing errors.

O.K, it's the policy for TDMA only, in fact in GSM the only policy is for future dated rate plan changes, the ONLY EXCEPTION to GSM's is that it should have been on that plan originally, otherwise future dated for GSM.
On TDMA the policy is not to be changed within 5 days of the cycle ending to prevent billing errors, eith 5 days of cycle ending or starting up.
That TDMA p&p was there for 5 years at least, and i am dual trained so i keep up to date of all p&p, and thats still the same.That p&p for GSM was updated in may, 2004 and is the only policy on that and that plan error i...
