To the last store rep I dealt with...

Seriously dude how about a little respect, you cut me off when I was just about to finish my opening, you get all my info but don't let me get any of yours, you act like a customer to to get some info on an add-a-line offer letter a customer brought into your store. Show some respect.
I betcha anything too he was one of those reprasentatives that screws customers accounts over too.

Yeah, finding a "team player" at a store is kinda hard. After a couple of hundred "he didn't tell me about that promo" calls you lose just a little respect for the whole group. I just took a screaming call where a store rep added a promo the cust didn't qualify for. Good 'ol MASS DATA ripped it off and I got to explain life. The fun thing it that the cust had the promo for over four months, so the store rep got his comm.
Bottom line is, store reps has different goals than care. Sadly, there will never be a "QA Team" for sales.

Yeah the store REPS are pretty bad but on the bright side there not supposed to call into customer care they have there own department dealer care but as dealer care is about as good as the dealers they always call cust care so if they call in advise them they can call dealer care or the cust can call cust care although we are supposed to assist the store if we can as there are a few things dealer care cant do (like anythign right) Yes I would have to concurr that any portion of our sales team appears to be just as bad
