First off, i beg forgiveness for my ignorance.
I'm on a shared attws 79.99 plan. I'm looking to upgrade my phone to a camera phone for around a 100. Is this at all possible? I know no new phones from att, but there is no promotion where i could pick up an LG 1150 or samsung e316 at new customer prices? If i were to somehow get a cingular phone, are any new phones coming out between now and mid march?
Thanks, Danny

It's not ignorance, just lack of customer service expierience, no big deal.

Your options would be this, no there is no ATTWS phones see here would your options

1)Try to get a phone through EBAY,but no warranty or refunds, that way no contract renewals, since not getting it through the company.

2)Migrate to cingular, you would get discounted cost but like with ATTWS phone through the company, you'd pay an equipment upgrade fee of $18.00 per line, now if you want a camera phone, with 2 year renewal, Sony ericson Z500A is $79.99, as for phone we don't hearabout thewm till like week before launch, and there is nothing really scheduled as of right now!

I would suggest migrating, because the new plans are realesead so we can officially talk about them now. $69.99 Family Talk plan, $9.99 for the 2nd Line, 1100 daytime minutes and then Unlimited Mobile-2-Mobile minutes, Unlimited Night & Weekend minutes. If your lucky there will be a camera phone for around $100.00 but Probably only on a 2 year contract. I would say that is the best option.

Mobile-2-Mobile minutes now count towards other AWS/Cingular users and for an extra $14.00 you can get 7pm Night & Weekend minutes.
