I was just wondering, how often has a natural disaster stopped work for a day or two? Like how many call centers have been closed down to any kind of disaster?

wasn't there like a bomb threat last year or the year before that with one of cingulars call centers? Ok no, it was not actually cingulars call center but their credit check department. I remember I ran customer for a customer and it came up pending. So I called into their credit review department and a recorded message came on saying the facility was evacuated due to a bomb threat.

We had one this past winter in the Little Rock center. Rep didn't want to brave the weather, so... 😳

Also, a guy down the row from me got a call about a month ago; customer was threatening to blow up a store in NJ. We had Catoosa PD talking to NJ State police... 🤣

Funny, the rep next to me just got that message a minute ago. She was calling the cingular after hours centre. It didn't say bomb threat specifically, but it said the building had been evacuated. My theory is they put that message on when the centres are closed so that customers will feel sympathetic because of the emergency instead of being angry that the place is closed 😉

LOL, find a bum on the street and give him $20.00 to make sure dayshift either keeps it clean or he will live there.
