Link

Feb 15, 2005, 10:59 PM

I adviced her all charges are valid (and they were 100% correct, reprasentative even advised her of the ETF). She was swearing because that gets them even further and a true sign they are losing the fight.

She ended up asking for a supervisor and I asked why she need to speak to a supervisor. She stated it's her right to speak with one and that when she demands one she should get one. I advice her a supervisor will not take the call unless she gives a valid reason. She kept asking and wouldn't give me a reason.

I gave up and told her 5-10 minutes for a supervisor. He came on, t...

Awesome, my supervisor was arguing with her and stating exactly what I told her and it went on like this for 10 minutes until she stated it's not our right to do this and he responded it IS our right t do this and she hangs up on him.

A million bucks says she called back to dispute further.

yeah my latest was a woman who a dealer had accidentally activated her a new account rather than migrating her att account. As a result she receives 2 bills of which we credit the erroneous account in full.. she is responsible for none of the charges even though she used it for 2 days. Issue resolved. No, she wants extra credits now on her migrated account due to the error and for her anguish and suffering over receiving a wrong bill in the mail. I'm like yeah right lady. Then she tries to pull the I'm a college student trying to make it card and that goes nowhere with me (aren't we all) so I say me too and offer nothing.. I then take a look at the account and find out she has gone over her minutes by about 40.00 and that is why she is w...

ATTWS USED TO BEND OVER AND TAKE IT LIKE A NEWBIE IN PRISON FOR A CUSTOMER, WHILE CINGULAR SAYS NO, "WHO"S YOUR DADDY???" 😈 😈 😈
