Anger Management

I need it so badly now, customer called in after just getting her phones switched back to AWS, phones need to be re-registered with the system, after I called the phones to make sure they worked customer stated her husband wanted credit for 24 hours of no service.

I said I would do better and gave her 15 curtesy airtime minutes for both lines that amounted to $6.00 each because her overage is like $0.40/minute.

Their service was switched over 12 hours ago and the only credit I would of given would have been for 12 hours on each line = around $1.50. Congrates customer you got a better deal with the curtesy airetime... snicker.

The best part was I KNEW she was going to demand a credit and I was frickin ready BOOYAH!!!

This doesnt mean you need anger management...Id have done the same thing. Thats insane they know the porting/migration process takes 24hrs they advise them of that before they do it.

really? 24 hours? it takes about ten minutes for me. the port is complete by the time the customers leave the store.

It can take up to 24hrs for everything to be changed over correctly. I get calls everyday from people who just migrated and cant receive text messages but can send them same with calls and other features on the phone.

Lol well I dont know anything about how they deal with things in the stores. Ive never done that type of sales. 😁 But hey, im here for the customer to scream at when they have a messed up plan etc etc etc 🙄
