First, make every customer who calls in migrate.
voicemail don't work, you need to migrate, your phone isn't good reception, your buttons stick migrate, you wanna make a payment, well you got the credit card info migrate them.

It seems like my team gets a new supervisor every 2 months. it's getting annoying. I generally like the supervisor we just got, although I'm not sure how it is gonna work out.

Every team I get placed on never get a pizza party,pot luck,etc,yet I see all these other teams stuffing their faces every day!!! What gives? I wanna get some free food too!

aparently he was let go. no word as to why. stupid reason probally....wich sucks. he was one of the best sups in this center. its gonna suck now. especially since the team is aparently being dispersed. talk about a ****ty deal.

Just a quick comment, yes he was a great person but a great supervisor?? Not so much. He's awesome for sure, but he was lacking in the management area and if you ask him, he will agree. This just wasn't the place for him and he feels he's better off now.

definitly. he was probally the best supervisor at this center. i know that ALOT of teams relied on him to back them on escalations and say no credits, and support the reps choices. hes also taken my side on alot of policy and internal matters. i especially liked his "judge judy" aproach to calls. this center can only go downhill from here as a result, and with his release, my team is now being dispersed. and just when i was getting used to the crazyness. go figure.

And another one bites the dust.....They just fired another supervisor on Thursday here, what the hell is going on? Soon there will be no more supervisors available. It's kinda like Genocide.... but thats just my theory... Get rid of all the blonde haired supervisors... create a super race of supervisors.
