Cingular Trained??
If all us blue reps are going to be orange reps soon, does that mean we will have the working hours of cingular reps? anyone hear any rumors about that?

you may end up taking both blue and orange calls. (They need to pay us more for all this extra work!!!) Like me for instance, I am in the western market and their hours are 7-11 or 7-9, something like that...but my new shift starts at 550 AM--so after prep time I have to take an hour of blue calls, then switch over to orange when 7 comes! That sucks so much. My call center is changing to Cingular hours, (they stopped all the 445 AM shifts) but we will still support blue calls for an hour! âšī¸

Thats odd, i'm in the West market also, and we are going to be going with Cingular hours (Sundays off, 7-9 or something)......this is what we've been told so far.
Thats also crazy that they have you doing part blue part orange because the policies are so different, systems are so different etc.
i'm still in CSE training, and we're told that its going to be strictly orange, so they're supposedly scheduling us according to orange hours.

Isnt it weird!!!??? Thats why I am saying its totally messed up that they are making us still take blue calls. Where I am at the earliest shift is at 5:50 AM (for the new shifts that we did with the shift bid), but Cingular hours it doesnt start till 7, so I have to take an hour of blue calls until 7, as well as the rest of the ppl that have the early morning shift. In your center is it opening at 7? Lucky you if so đ

so far our center won't open at 7 becuase the 1st 2 training classes are still in CSE. i beleive only the reps who are CSE trained will be starting at 7 or 730. eventually when everyone is trained, well that is still undecided as its too new, and things change here more than the weather
