I was trying to tell her that I will make my usual notes but the customer felt uncomfortable that I was doing my job properly.
She wasn't making any sense at all. I think she wanted me to note that it wasn't her fault the system started to update thus we couldn't take her promise to pay.
She hung up me and got another reprasentative from this call center, I still haven't seen any notes yet from the reprasentative.
