Beyond Flippin Frustrated, because I tried to stay loyal to ATT/Cingular!
I was an ATT customer for a long time, beyond my initial service contract. I was happy with my service, and grateful for my military discount. My old phone died, so I called to find out about new plans, should I buy a new phone.
