Unpaid bills added onto other ppl's bills?!?
What is with the customer's today??
I had a woman ask for a supervisor because her little angles absolutly DID NOT chat on aol and run up this high bill!! Her explaination for the charges? AT&T takes the unpaid bills from neglegant (sp) customers, divides up the charges and sneekily adds them onto paying cutomers bills!!
Where do they come up with stuff!
Sorry had to vent,,this was my first vent in frustration,,had to get it out! That and her theory is just so rediclous i had to share 😕

You also forgot to tell her that everytime she pays her bill with a credit card, the CSR gets a new laptop with the account number too! I know that's the rule in store at least! Every time we have to make an imprint of one! All I need is two more and I get my Power Mac G5!

Oh really, man i should work in the store then.I've been getting every time we take a credit card payent a colour T.V., i like TV's in eevery room in my house, and thanks to our GREAT 😈 customers i've been able to pay for many bills thanks to our generous customers!!! 😲 😁

I love it when their still on At&t when they say that,I just let them go on for a while,then enlighten them to that fact.You can almost feel their embarrassment when they realize that they just made an ass outta themselves.

Indeed i am. And what a center it is! i get a headache merely thinking about approaching them crappy revolving doors,,,one day a woman in front of me in line to get in compared it to "cows going to the slaugther",,heh, i must say, i agree! 🤣
