Customer calls in because we have his address wrong, never received a invoice for 1 cycle, gets suspended for breaking the service limit. Guess who gets blammed for poor service, thats right, us.

It's in no way the customer's fault that we have his wrong address or that he didn't bother to call to find out why he hasn't received a bill.

Best past is he is past buyer's remorse, 2 lines of service, so ETF = $300.00 and last months of service on each line with overage galore. Poor SAVE TEAM reprasentative had to deal with this.
