NAS Reps?
Based on the things that I have read on here, I am sure you aren't the only one here. I do happen to know a lot of people in your call center.

I was in NAS. now im in orange C&A(dept. for dealers who dont know what they are doing). I'm even closer to the stanky river.

now you get to experience how crappy the pos and telegence systems are. This is hard to say but I wish I could still use siebel. Sure it was slow and all, but at least it worked and you could get stuff done in it. This is a whole different world than blue nas. Call volume is pretty low so its not all that bad đ
