Mornings are different...
WOW it's amazing, customers calling in to make payments and not dispute anything, I feel so secure knowing all they are angry at is that maybe there phone is not working right or that they can't make a payment with someone else's credit card.
I like this, I think I am going to enjoy OT, in the morning.
Then night falls and the "lurkers" come out to whine and dine.

Completely agree. When I moved from nights to mornings it was like a completely different job.

I couldn't imagine doing the morning shift. I enjoy fighting with the customers. And convincing the little kids to hang up the phone. Last night I convinced a kid to hang up the phone by getting him to go draw me a pic of a dinosaur. That is what the majority of my calls are as of late.
