Yeah so lady calls in unable to view minutes in OCS until Apr. 4th. I adv. her it is unfortunate and I am sorry I cannot advise her of her minutes used.

0-B@%ch in .35 seconds

She goes asking why can't I view the minutes and so forth. I advise of the usual, I also make the Cingular offer.

She blames me for not assiting her even after I advised her we can correct the issue by migrating her to Cingular.

In an evil huff she says good night and hangs up on me.

I give, Cingular, apparently, is to blame here because they are in charge and even though it's not their system, they never created it, they are to blame and I am also to blame for not helping her when I couldn't.

Yeah I had a similar call to that one tonight, a lady started yelling at me cause a payment she made by check was returned to us and her account suspended and the check by phone option disabled, she didn't have a credit card, threw her invoice out so no "in person payment" location would let her pay without the stub from the invoice, and it just happened we were having issues with ocs for the view bill feature, which tech filed a trouble ticket for, so at this point we were kinda stuck for ideas, but it was my fault that this all happened in the first place.
