Another...What's wrong with my phone?
Caller: I can't make any calls on my phone
Me : Do you have your phone with your sir?
Caller: Yes
Me: Well let's turn it off and take out the
battery and sim
Caller: Turn it off?
Me: Yes Sir, I will make some changes here
Caller: Ok, I'll...click
???
*pls note stupid customer care thought "I can't make any calls" meant phone was not working"....duh!*

I get that every day. More often though, I get people escalating because they do understand that taking the battery out of the phone will drop their call. They refuse to believe that we don't have all the numbers from their phones and they think that we can just hit a few keys on our computer keyboards and fix them right up. They think we can do all the diagnostics we need with them on the phone. 👿 Jeez. I mean either call us back from a landline or find some way to live with the problem!
