I was told I would have to migrate to Cingular...
How many people are gettign these calls?

And then when I tell them that I can indeed order them a new att phone and they can keep thier rate plan. THEY DON'T BELIEVE ME. Same phones as cingular has, just for att.
or customers who want to go from TDMA to GSM - I tell them I can migrate them to ATT GSM, and again they don't beleve me.
or get a new TDMA phone - yes you guessed it, they don't beleive me.

But if you work in BEUC, you only take business calls, you aren't supposed to be taking regular consumer customers.
