CALLING WEX RES DESK

This is directed mainly toward customer care reps (BEUC included). The wex res desk does not have nearly the authority of other res desks for other departments. Let me explain what we can do...oh wait, absolutely nothing other than speak English more clearly than our Indian counterparts. Seriously, however, we cannot waive fees (shipping and handling or damage). The only thing we do differently than your average WEX rep is process multiwexs. In regards to the multiwex procedure, this is a SAVE ONLY procedure and cannot be proactively offered by any individual. When a WEX REP, I emphasize that because they are the only people that should ever contact us directly, transfers a customer to us for multiwex, we educate the customer about his/her o...

well, for that matter, even the multiwex might as well not exist. there's nothing to offer anybody! 😲
