the hardest calls to take without laughing are those cust. who have unfortunate names...I mean...Mrs. Gaydick (actual name)...Mr. Fucshitz (actually pronounced how it looks)...and Mr. Ofoukwu were especially hard to deal with...insert sir or ma'am whereever possible...I used mute many times before I spoke with Mrs. Gaydick because the India agent repeated her name to me and her over eiqhty times before she was trans. to me...altho there are times when the situation is funny but the reality of it is not...Like the little old lady that told me the previous agent she spoke with advised her that her satelitte was down that's why her fon wasn't working and she asked when they are sending people up to fix the satelitte...try responding to that wit...
