Why me, today...

Why is it, this morning, I am getting all the ****** customers.

Woman calls in, have to repeat things 4-5 times to her, and can not grasp anything. She asked "how much is voicemail and how do I get it?", I said Voicemail is free, and if you want it I will just add it to your account." "What do you mean you will just add it to my account" she says. Advised her I just setup the voicemail on her account to activate it. She says "Then how much is it", adv it was free again. I say "I don't understand, what do you mean it's free". "Voicemail is FREE, does not cost you anything, 0 dollars, we will not charge you." She says "But if you add it to my account then its NOT free"... SHEESH!

Another person calls in, he/she says right off "Ev...

What are you talking about, I could not have been more clear with them.

How hard is it to understand "Voicemail is FREE", or "Sorry I do not that your bill went up by $10, can you show me where you see that"

It's to bad the whole system seems to be falling apart for everyone.What happen to the pick up you cell phone use it get a good deal and everyone wins cell company,customer the whole nine yards.Mergers suck and then the cing people think they're so much better

I feel your pain as well...I had a cust. acuse me of "stealing her charger" she actually sent it back with her replacement. I advised her standard procedure is not to return accessories and I'm sorry for her severe emotional trauma regarding this matter but our verbal and written instructions say **DO NOT SEND ACCESSORIES BACK WITH REPLACEMENT FON**she then proceeded to tell me "I stole her charger". I aptly responded "I didn't steal your charger" in which she continued to repeat mantra like "You stole my charger" "You stole my charger". Now I know most of us are mildly rational people but what the heyday was wrong with this lady and what did she hope to achieve with childish accusations. I wish I had her charger I would hold it ransom a...
