India Reps 101

This is a quick tutorial for dealing with representatives located in India.

1. Let them ramble on for several minutes and then when they stop to breathe, ask your question.

2. When telling an india rep anything, repeat your statement three times. No matter what the rep says when they try to confirm their understanding of what you tell them (which is usually incorrect), repeat your statement verbatim. If you change verbiage, then you have to start all over.

e-vare rep calls ... asks you an easily found PNP question... standard response...do you have the customer on your other line ... of course the answer is no... question to the ecare rep... do you have access to CC net? ...response yes.... as I respond you may now look it up and do what you are paid your rupees for.........release

this happens to me personally 3-4 times a day
