Wow... What are they training TSD?
I'm in a BEUC rep and one of my teammates was just told by a TSD rep that Cingular customers cannot send text messages to Verizon customers 🤣 . Who told them that and why are they a tech rep. Mind you its not a MMS just an SMS. That the funniest thing (and worst for a tech rep 🙄 ) that I have ever heard 🤣 .

A bit off topic, but do you by any chance process warranty exchanges, or happen to know the names, addresses, social security numbers, children's names (and schools they attend preferrably), names of relatives, or any other incredibly personal information about BEUC reps that do process those exchanges. As a WEX res rep the majoriy of those reps have made my life HELL!!! I cannot credit back a physical or liquid damage charge if a BEUC processed the exchange for damage and it's a motherfu...well it's not fun trying to convince the BEUC res desk that they have to do it. Just wondering. If you could supply that info I'll let ya slide when I go on my rampage through Victoria.
