No Phones for YOU!
when I advised someone a fon is out of warranty and they state well soso told me it's under warranty this morning...and I'm a WARRANTY SERVICE RESOLUTION AGENT WITH ACCESS TO INVENTORY don't try to play off like you think the fon is still under warranty...admit to defeat and buy another fon...Make my life simpler and motivate yourself to make "that my fon is broke and I need to buy a new one decision" don't argue that because you were misinformed you feel intitled to service...GO BUY A NEW FON!!!! It's more fun to start out new....variety is the spice of life...you can't bring money with you when ya die...spend it all now...on new fons...buy backups...buy Go phones...get service thru multiple carriers...and drop whoever you like the least......

I had somebody with an out of warranty phone earlier that just wouldn't quit. she just kept demanding more and more as the call went on. started out just wanting an exchange because some idiots previously (one in BEUC and one in WEX) tried to exchange for her even though she has been out of warranty since december. and then, after a while, she started demanding a new phone of another model. then, she started demanding cingular orange equipment. she was on a fan account, but refused to see if NBO could get her anything. I swear we have just had nothing but stupid escalations all day.

I just had an escalation where the guy told me that his daughter is losing $500 a day because she can't use her phone.
She has an LG with a physically broken charger port. He doesn't want to ship the phone to LG because his daughter can't be without it. The customer has 4 lines. All 4 phones are the same model. Um... could you perhaps charge the battery overnight using one of the other phones? It's a bit of a hassle, but it would keep her battery charged and you wouldn't have to ship the phone for repairs.
NO! YOU NEED TO SEND ME A PHONE. YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF MY CONTRACT BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT SUPPLY ME WITH A PHONE I CAN USE!!!
