Cingular Reps: Good vs Evil...

Ok so the great debate between everyone is that Cingular is horrible.

Some have argued because of the complaints filled with the FCC, some because of the reps being negative, etc...

Some reps try to backup Cingular with the use of rollover and because of the improved GSM coverage, etc...

I for one have shown myself to be on the company's side, though I do disagree with some of their "protocols."

Customers out there will have their needs and wants. I have seen many customers that could use the Rollover, some that don't. Some that really need a lot of daytime but don't wish to pay more then what they are paying now.

Many customers, many needs. Can Cingular fulfill them all, no, can any other company, no.

Good show ol chap Cingualr is trying to manage 4 different billing systems 2 of their own and 2 from AT&T wireless the more people that get the new Cingualr service (and it's going to happen) the better Cingular will get

Oh DUH, I forgot Cingular has a 2nd network just like AWS which was TDMA...was it based on CDMA or TDMA? I was never 100% sure (obviously everyone can guess which company I used to work for).
