So i hear we have an e-mail department. I have seen numerous notes from the "e-mail department" who state they received an e-mail from customer and posted a note.
I would LOVE to get on that department. Sitting there all day, doing nothing but responses to e-mails from the customer.

That would be nice for awhile maybe, but would probably become tiring as well as being on the phones does.

No no no...I could deal with that with no qualms. I would never get yelled at, I would have ample time to think about my response, and a customer couldn't unload a thousand questions on me about a thousand things and expect a single, fix-all solution. The most upset a customer could get, that I would see, is for him/her to type in all caps to denote yelling. Yep, I could definitely handle that.

😁 just peace and quite for the day and who knows, maybe if you got through all the e-mails, you could sit there and play GBA or go home early or something nice.

The email support team doesn't do "just emails". They take calls too.
