I'm all about transfering calls all over the place if i dont do it myself, if im not trained i wont even try cuz usually if i do the cust gets mad cuz i dont know how to do it.

Are you going to be getting 3g care calls soon? I was talking with a migrations rep a few weeks ago, and she was telling me how their center was dual skilled migrations and 3g care. I thought that was pretty cool. I wanna be dual skilled for migrations!

well we're the only center that does migrations. and the majority of reps are duel trained on doing migrations and CC for 3G, but im not....im not ready yet hhahaha

but soon we all will be duel trained and can do everything in this wonderful land we call ATT Wireless 🙂
