I know and all these people want are credits for everything. I'm just like you've been on a local plan for 4 year and have roaming charges in New York and you live in California..... yeah, right like i'm going to give you credit, nice try! and then when they yell at you, it makes me want to give credit SO much more

yup.. and the supervisor gets on the line and issues the credit... 🙂

Agreed, supervisors should grow a backbone or the company should consider what is more important, money or customers.
Personally if I were a company I would consider money... 😁

i think alot of sups just don't want to take escalations most of the time so they give in, i like those reps who are so stubborn and don't give credit unless the cust really deserves it

I just had a dude a few calls back, get not 1, not 2 BUT 3 credits on that Text Messaging issue with the 3rd party companies out there, since Jan.
He kept pleading and there was a ton of notes and of course, the occasional supervisor in there with notes saying NO MORE CREDITS!!!
I just wanted to yell "NO" into the phone. He finally gave up and stated how disappointed with the service he was.

were out of queue in the wex crt, but were bored as all hell, right now were making fun of the stupid calls we've gotten from India today (i.e. like how to research a notation), its my theory that hell is an inbound call center, and you take calls from Heaven, listening to all their complaints about relaxing and chilling out.
