hehe i have gotten 6 dead airs in a row since i cam back from my lunch about 45 minutes and one legit call

3 dead airs in a row, and then to Mr. Dankokruscheckovikonov, who needed a new phone, was in warranty, but who was fiesty when being transferred to WEX; apparantly due to a 'bad experience'. I didn't inquire as to what that was. Sounded full of wretched rep boobery and a broken-english miscommunication.
