I don't know why this amused me so much just now, but I had this complete ignoramus of a customer threatening all sorts of legal action because she chose to remove the label from the inside of her phone. then, when I am educating her about what she needs to do in order to enact her planned legal action, she just ignores me and then proceeds to call me ignorant and curses before hanging up. 🤣 'tard

I had a man that did the same thing and was all p1ssed off at us because in order to get his rebate, he had to send a copy of the label. He stated that he could not copy the label while it was still in the phone because, and I quote, "my phone won't fit inside my fax machine/copier. Duh.". What a total moron.

my guess is either that it was a rebate thing that she didn't consider properly, or it was just because she didn't like the look of the thing.
