Contracts, Terms and Conditions...

Is there any wireless company in America which has terms and conditions that their customers agree to for a certain service? Is there any wireless company in America which applies charges in accordance to those terms and conditions? Is there any wireless company in America which routinely reverses charges charged in accordance with their own terms and conditions when a customer agrees to the terms? Is there any wireless company in America which will reverse the charges from their t&c because a customer comes back 3 months later and says "I didn't understand the terms I was agreeing to"?

I swear... sometimes people like this make me wish I was doing taxes again. 😡

stupid like a fox....

claiming misinformation or not informed of feature charges or roaming costs or data charges...

if there is a way to get out of paying for a service or feature IMHO it will be attepmted...

most of PnP is common sense guidlines... but if the customer uses key words you cant take the chance unless you catch them in a lie...

how many times have you gotten the roaming charges call... look in events and see it is the second or more time today they have been refused?

classic rep shopping....

😈 I hate rep shoppers 😈
that's when you tell them ... sir/ma'am .. you have already been explained this X times by Fred, Julie, and Johnny Deppe in India ... there is nothing more I can do for you ... and then hotnote the heck outta their account!!

When I was in jumpstart I had an angry customer yelling about roaming charges, he eventually hung up on me ... very next call ... SAME GUY ... that is when I learnt what a rep shopper was

In WEX Rez, I've gotten rep shopping...reps!

India Rep: This is Neo Anderson of the Cingular Wireless Warranty Service Center. I am wanting to know the date code of the phone.
Me: Ok, have the customer read it from the lable 🙄
I R:It is showing that its out of warranty
ME:Ok, just say that next time. What's the IMEI?
I R: (reads IMEI)
ME: Ok, I'm showing the phone is out of warranty..
I R: Ok, thank you

2 minutes latter:

I R: I need to know the date code of (same IMEI)
ME: The phone is still out of warranty 🙄

I thought his career was going pretty well lately. I must of been wrong if he had to move to India to work in a call center. 😢

I guess Neo Anderson is hot on the trail of Smith going back into the Matrix as an Indian call center rep. 😎
