Orange vs Blue
I hate you guys all feel that way about orange reps. Just wait til you become one. I was a former Blue tsd rep and they took away our positions and made us all care/cse reps. The reason why we have to call Blue is becuase we no longer have access to any blue systems and not just that the former ATT customers whine and b*&ch cuz AWS gave away the WHOLE house. When ornage customer call in they only want one thing and that is it nothing else and that call is DONE. We no longer have to upsale, say PIR none of that mushy stuff. 9 times out of 10 the Irate customers are former blue cuz they want some kind of adjustment and ATT would let them have it. I hear what you are saying. in my job, I am actually a blourange rep. I take both blue and orange calls at any time. There are some things that I like better about the orange systems we use, and there are a lot of things about the orange systems that I don't like as much as the old blue systems. as far as policies go. I like the majority of cingular's policies as they affect me, but there are a few things that I don't care for at all. as far as internal stuff, my position actually leads to a little bit more flexibility in that regard, so while I don't like a lot of the rules (especially for our stats), they haven't affected me much yet.

To clarify, we do not dislike orange reps. We hate bad attitudes, and blind transfers. If an orange rep is responsible, we will hold them as such, but come on here and whine about orange reps. Same goes for US citizens in general. Some pi*s us off, but most are ok. However, it is easier to use the umbrella method of whining. Makes the problem sound more, mmm, how shall we say, epic?

Well you have to realize not all people are the same. In my TSD days I have talked to some people in Canada or 3rd party that had real BAD attitudes. and I have talked to some that are a sweet as pie but don't know "JACK"
