hehe, yeah, I read about that in the cingular forum. nextel18 was trying to start up some "discussion" again, and got into a long-winded argument with some of us that resulted in what can be effectively called a mass imitation of eric cartman doing his "screw you guys, I'm going home" routine.
I still think the guy was ignorant and went to the media in the hopes of finding a way out of paying his bill that he is responsible for.

Yeah, I've got a better story....
Customer's dog...a Lab got the phone and evidently hit the browser key...phone had 678.00 on his unplan bill for data roaming...lol.
I got him credited by attaching a pic of the dog with the phone in its mouth. We let the dog keep that phone and the customer bought as new NEC.
