first i would like to say that i have been reading these forums for awhile and being a rep for the blue side i do agree with some of the things said here but also there is alot i dont agree with fine rant about the customers but keep in mind they read this too but if you really hate what your doing so much then just quit your damn job your getting paid to sit there and take calls i know when you started you where informed what the job was like you were informed about customers being mad for reasons that are stupid yes but try to put your self in there shoes for some its understandable others well yes it like wtf was that about a know that half of the reps here or consumers themselves and you can understand some of the pro...

Personally, I like my job, and I had a good idea what I was getting into when I took it. That said, of course there are going to be bad spots, and I personally don't have a problem with complaining, as long as it is done in the proper context, which I think this forum is suitable for. Now, there are some people complaining on here, that I think really should quit and find another job, but for the most part, I think most of the reps here, complainers and all, are more or less fine with their jobs, at least for the reasons they have those jobs, whether temporary or not.

hey i worked fast food for 3 yrs and the customers i had to deal with there are far worst then half the customers i deal with hear ive had customers yelling and my face they also like to throw the food back at u so really wireless customers yes can be stupid and god knows ive had them but after dealing with fast food customers and then this they are more funny then anything

i dont take it personnaly and im sorry if it came off that way the only thing i guess i meant to say is i have read some pretty nasty things said about some customers on here and they can read this but also i have seen some really nasty things about the reps for just doing their jobs thats all

yes...next time you get a customer saying his vm is in spanish...pay attention....he's a jerk who's ticked off a rep ..so don't do him any favors...LOL 🤣 🤣

really now, if you dont like what is being said don't come on here. I find this forum to be very stress relieving in a stressful work environment, and if i want to vent i'm going to vent. I find your message quite isulting and irrelevent, your not going to stop anyone from coming on here and stating their feelings, and to be blunt....some customers are down right rude, insulting and stupid, you working should know that.

for the person who started this thread......personally i don't mind the customers its mostly the other reps (not blue care) but mostly sst and sometimes orange care.
