i don't get this whole thing with cingular about not being able to trans the cust, i mean i understand that some reps just transfer everyone, but i'm one of the ones that dosen't unless i have too(k maybe some of the 2g calls i could take but i'm not 2g trained so i don't have too), u can only really trans like 1 in 10 calls and thats not enough, what do they want us to do when someone needs rm or wex, say heres the # call them urself and wait on hold for like 10mins when i could get u there in 1, and what about our credit limit going from 500 to 250 and the slr's going down to 400, who's putting all the credit on for thew billing adjustments?
They consider it not because from what they told us. Most of it we can do for the customer, like calling to set up payment arrangements and speaking to other reps basically being the middle man. I dont like it either but that is the way they look at it when they set these stat limits.

MO's are going to have a little more to do my average corrections seemed to be in the 450.00 range
