Its a funny thing, you know?
I had a gentleman call me the other day. He was previously an AT&T customer and had been registered for OCS. His email adress was still in our system and he was still recieving communications from us, he was irate that this was happening. I had about 3 valid solutions but when I suggested he calm down for a moment so I could present the possible solutions, he started SCREAMING at me. I could not believe how angry he got. I love watching them squirm when I help solve their problem, and sometimes go totally out of my way to help them (like calling them next month to fix their bill, or making a note to myself to add a feat./suspend/rate plan change, etc so that they don't have to call in) after they called me a bitch, threaten to cancel, "You work for a soul sucking corporation" (which I always agree with them about), etc, etc, and then they have to appologize for being complete jackasses.
I think this might be my favorite part of the job.
