Yet another escape plot foiled...
How in the world could a company realistically go on a mass hiring spree for two weeks and then suddenly lay off almost all those hired? Apparently it's possible because it just happened to the company I was attempting to get away from all this with and they're doing just fine from a business standpoint. I believe now, more than ever, that there was a curse placed upon me when I began my employment and has bound me to this building for eternity. Or maybe I'm dead and this is hell...a call center.

i feel ya! completely, when i started working for startek i thought i'd be here 6 months, MAX! I'm now going on 1 year, 4 months and I could honestly drill a hole in my head almost every day! lol! 😈

Dang! Now I've know I've gotta listen to your "whining" about Convergys for aleast another 6 months. I guess you didn't have your fingers "crossed". You know you could get a job at a "cheese sandwich factory". There is one around where you live, I'm almost positive.
