The "YES" theory....

TheNoGuy

You know, being the negative aspect of a business and having to push it all day long every day can make a person "eeeveeeelll!"(evil!)

I wonder if I said "yes" all the time would it be any different.

Would I be happy because I'm the "Yes" guy?

Is there such thing as a "yes" guy?

Hmm...pondering these very things, I wonder if I was the"yes"guy would I wear pastel colors and play tennis. Would I attend church and drive a Subaru. Would a white picket fence spring out of the ground around my house. My kids would have names like "Skippy" and "Becky". I'd probaly have a membership with the local health club. 🙄 😉 I don't know I guess I'm not realistic or don't think about the future much. I don't do what I'm supposed to. I actually help the customers. It's very hard for me not to transfer and most of the time, I stay on the line to make sure they get the right person. I even work through the cingular shuffle for a few hours and call the customer back later. It's hard for me not to do my job. Morally, that's what I feel I'm here for. I'm always under threat of getting axed though. ☚ī¸

Well see, working in WEX Res it's our job to say "no". You want a new phone rather than a refub?? "NO!" You want that processing fee waived?? "NO!" What's that? You were charged three times what you paid for that phone because of physical damage and you want the charge removed and/or lessened? "NO!" Anything else I can do for you?? "NO!" Yeah, it's pretty hard to do much for a customer when your job is to tell them, "I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do about that."
