WHY ME!?!?!? Guy calls in, tried making a credit card payment through the IVR, failed. I started my opening and he asks me if I am going to have to get the information from him for the credit card. I tell him yes, he tells me to forget it, mumbles something about the system and then hangs up.
Oh I am sorry that you are a retard and can't go through the automated system so easily.
Next guy calls in and would not verify the account using last 4 of SSN. All he wanted was 2 store locations in his area. One store is a Cingular store other is an indirect dealer. Customer wouldn't believe me, he states BOTH are Cingular stores.
He then gets made at me because I couldn't give him a number to the indirect dealers store.
