I am very unhappy, I can't get my shift changed unless someone takes mine even though several people are switching to day shifts. Hey heres an idea, give me there spot when they change to day teams.

How about switching me to the different night shift. Sundays are slow anyways, one more person missing will make little difference.

Or even better, I snap and this call center comes under my evil control... ok fine this option will not happen... but it's nice to dream. 😁
