CUP overrides?

😲 anybody know of ANYONE with a CUP override? our customer dropped his tdma in water at a fishing tournament, and closest orange store is 40 miles away and out of his(AREA), in Cup we could send fone anywhere but p.o box, DO CUP overrides still exist?

usually a sup can override but they don't like to-get their info and make good notes after ordering

To get a override, you must get a TL, you also have to offer migration first, if they decline, there is only 3 phones for TDMA all full retail price, there is no discount on blue phones.so he's looking at $100-$200.00 for a phone.and YOU can't give credit for a phone, CRM will feedback you, since there was p&p, as far back as dec,2004 not to give any credit for phones.
