ROLLOVER MINUTES ARE THE GREATEST FEATURE EVER INVENTED FOR A CUSTOMER'S CONVENIENCE...unless of course you consistently go over your minutes, in which case you never utilize said minutes, or you up your rate plan an end up paying for a bunch of minutes you'll never use.

Hey I made it work for them, so many customers that only go over there minutes one or two months out of the year. I made it work damnit.

The rest of them either pay for WAY more than they need or meticulously watch every minute they've been on the phone.

Most people don't know they can program their phone to tell them the minutes used. That would be so helpful if everyone did that.

Unfortunately that only tells them minutes used as soon as the PRESS send, so calls to busy, error messages and the phone even ringing, the seconds are being recorded. It's kinda a good way to prevent from going over but not at all accurate.
