i cant stand custs right now
thankfully the call vol is low but when i do get a call it is horrible, this one lady called in and said she didn't agree with the charges, she had a shared acct with 3 diff lines, i needed to haev a m2m calc emailed to me and after i did that she said i didn't understand her, the cust kept on interrupting everytime i tryed to talk, i kept my cool but the interuptions kept on occuring, the cust persisted and i thought her bill didn't look right as well and that is why i did the calculations but noooooo she would not listen to me and i kept on trying to explain this to her, then she told me that i did not know how to do my job and i just took it like i good little employee should, and she asked me for my name, i told her my first name, then s...

actually for me after today it two days till i get an ealier shift with a finish time of 11:30 at the latest and i know predicting "j" will say the same but she will finish no later that 7:30-8pm (even though i can read minds) she will have the above statement-> to say " i was just about to say that"

They won't give me a shift Mon.-Fri. unless I trade it. I hate this, so another employee may trade when they quit, then I will get the last laugh.

no the ealy shift is due to a mass hiring spree the company is doing and not enough seats at night to have everybody working, on most nights "slip seating" can last until 7pm at night if you start after 3:30 in the afternoon
