no kidding-i'm in the mood to just mess with accts!-just kidding-I just had a cust want to change rate plans and then change his mind after it was completed!-he then accused me of trying to mees up his invoice and yell for quite a bit about MY ERROR-I once again advised him that he called me requesting the change not the other way around! needless to say he ended the call!

how's it going i'm back after a nice day off yesterday

i was off yesterday too! I just had a guy call in to ask why he couldn't text message-he'd gone through tsd and it still wasn't working-turns out that he had just activated his phone less than an hour before this and wasn't advised that it could take up to 48 hours for full activation! what a stupid call! he was shocked that he had to wait-"isn't this supposed to be instant?"-what a question! people need to think about what they say or ask before it comes out of their mouths!

Oh my god this sucks ass...i'm in training for 2 hours and I finished after 30 minutes...I still have to wait here for an hour and a half teiddling my thumbs, what is this, first grade all over again? 🤭 😕 👿

you got it-we're in school and the mo's are the teachers-we're supposed to respect them as much as we did our actual teachers? 🙂
