i had a guy who called about 5 minutes ago being transfered from Orange to make a payment on his blue account made the payment and then the orange rep stated to tell him about the reactivation fee and all that fun stuff, the cust did not want to pay then the rep stated to talk over the cust and then he got pissed(all with me on mute listening to the ranting and raving 🤣 ) then the cust did not want to pay to reinstate his srvc then he asked for a sup then i got off the line at that point very funny to listen to they are pissed becasue we turned off their srvc and then he has to pay to reinstae it 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

i had a guy who was to stupid to connect to mmode on his moto mpx200-wanted to tell him to take the phone back-to borrow a phrase from Noguy-No phone for you!

Why in the world would you spend that much money on an MPX200 if you don't know how to use it? I've never understood customers that buy high-end devices and have no intentions of using the equipment for it's actual purpose.

Reminds me of an email I just received about downloading ringtones on the Handspring Treo...and the fact that it can't be done.

You have a professional device directed towards business functionality.

Do you really want to download "Baby Got Back" or "Sponge Square Pants" to a pda?

Those same people trying to download little gimmicky ringtones are probaly also complaining they can't put a "Nascar #24" faceplate on it.

These same individuals probaly don't even know what "hot sync" means.
