everyday i take my lunch about 20-40 mins later than my schedule actuallys says. Hell you could take your lunch as soon as you clock in. You won't get any tardys but if your schedule adherance falls too low your TL may say something to you about it. Doesn't really matter though schedule adherance only affects your raise. I dont know where you are but are raises are crappy in this center. I don't follow my schedule so I am going to miss out on the extra 10 cents. Personally, I am not going to follow my schedule strictly just to get an extra 10 cents after 6 months.

If you also come back equally early, then you should be fine. technically, you probably could get a tardy for that, but most of the time, they just look at the length of the lunch period that you take. so I wouldn't be worried about it. about the only thing that you would really take a hit on is schedule adherence.
