So...the other day...store rep. contacts me for a cust.(God love a store rep. who thinks they are a gift to our company from aforementioned GOD!). Store rep. knew this cust. spiel by heart(plus I could hear the cust. coaching from the sidelines in the background). Cust. has a Nec 525(B-E-A-U---TiFul Phone :winkπŸ™‚ wants a diff. model because she had never powered the fon off...she wouldn't even power off her replacements...(she was actually advised to do so on a reg. basis but she felt it's not neccessary the fon should work properly even if you leave it on for a thousand years.)
SIDE NOTE: Powering your phone off on a daily basis does help your registration thru your network...if you don't you run into drop calls, poor reception, unable to...

Motorola = Plain Cheese Sandwich with pickles, side of mustard, possibly some mold only with a certain batch, they have identified the mold as a software defect and will send you a slice of bologna and some lettuce in 8 to 15 business weeks to correct the issue.

Siemens = Bratwurst with a one slice of bread placed on top of the meat(backward sandwich.)

Samsung = No cheese, sometimes a little mayo, maybe a pickle, leaves a strange aftertaste, with a software flash might taste like a vending machine selection or worse.

Nokia = Good ole reliable ham sandwich with cheese altho still retains the traditional sandwich design no matter what the other company's are doing.

LG Electronics = Meat flavored bi product extremely low cal. you al...

close on that one. LG's are more like the imitation club sandwich wraps that have everything you mention on them, except instead of bread, it's an imitation garlic, flour subsitute, tortilla-like wrap....with green mustard-mucus.

honestly, I wouldn't even come near a motorola. I don't care how good it is supposed to be, and I don't care how fancy it is. my experience both in person and in warranty is that motorola makes the worst (or possibly second worst) handsets out there. what's the point in putting all these supposedly great features in them if they can't make it into a decent phone?
LG's, well, there are one or two that seem to be alright, but the vast majority that I have been exposed to in GSM have been pretty cruddy. I would assume they make better CDMA phones, since that is what they were known for and almost the only thing they did in phones until recently.

I'd have to say nokia is the ultimate phone.
I've had mine for close to 2 years, and dropped it a dozen times. There's a big ol' crack down the middle of the screen, but still works great! Never had one problem with it. I'll never try another phone, since I drop things all the time.
Also, Lg might make good cdma phones, but they suck at dvd burners. Mine was only a month old and they couldn't even figure out why it stopped working. Also a girl on my team had a customer who was calling from the hospital with her lawyer asking for LG's number because her LG started sparking and damaged her ear drum.
Lg is my most hated of all phone companies.

I had a seimens for the longest time, dropped it, it was run over by a car, and all that. Replaced the cover, and it was as good as new. Got it in 2003, and I just got a new phone now, because I wanted the updated technology.

Great phone though, hopefully seimens are still as durable.

Have a sony ericsson now, scared to drop it 'cause I know it will break. Cool features though, but the camera sucks.

NOKIAs are "almost" indestructible, i have had two in 8 years, only replaced mine because antenna got stepped on, otherwise i drop my fone almost everyday and am always relieved that it still works, sure it is scratched all over, but that is cosmetic, ithink they are made of Tonka Truck grade materials 😁

now if nokia made cars, id feel safe with my wifey 's driving, as again, NOKIAs are "almost*"indestructible.

* accidental damage usually doesnt destroy them, for that you need intention to destroy+ a lot of force" Isurance also recommended. 🀣
